Biography
Dr. Elisha Gogo
Dr. Elisha Otieno Gogo has a PhD in Horticultural Sciences from Humboldt University of Berlin, Germany. He has an MSc in Horticulture and a BSc in Horticulture from Egerton University, Kenya. His main career objective is to contribute to the improved livelihoods of smallholder farmers through training and dissemination of sustainable and affordable farming production technologies. He has vast training experience in agricultural production and technologies from various countries, including Kenya, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Israel, and Germany.
Dr. Gogo has over ten years of experience working with farmers in various agricultural aspects. His entire career has been revolving around farmers. He is well trained in information dissemination, even to the special groups who require special teaching methodologies.
He has published in various reviewed journals and presented at international conferences on agricultural production, postharvest loss management, and value addition.
